About this apartment rental
Clean and newly remodeled, we offer a completely private, studio apartment space with a dedicated entrance through the garage. A keypad opens the entrance door to the garage, then a door to a private vestibule to the apartment. Space has a full bath and separate room with a kitchenette which includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, hot plate, and an air fry convection oven (great for heating pizza and other frozen goodies). The kitchenette is stocked with plates, utensils, and a limited supply of dry goods/ cooking needs. There is ample driveway parking. Come and go as you please, enjoy a quiet, clean, heated/air-conditioned space with room for 4 to sleep (queen bed, futon, and couch). There is free Wi-Fi, and the TV has access to Netflix.

Property was very clean, quaint, and private. Although we never saw them, John and Kathleen were very accommodating, taking care to check in with us and make sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely return next time I need lodging in Asheville.

Great stay! The studio is well appointed and completely private, with separate parking and entrance. The owners are very responsive and helpful but not at all obtrusive - they live upstairs but didn't bother me at all. This property was perfect for me and as I have reason to visit family in the area regularly, I will definitely stay here again!
