This lovely vacation rental house is a lockout with 5 bedrooms for a total sleeping capacity of 16. Have a larger group? Book the whole house for the full 10 bedrooms and a sleeping capacity of 28! GET Relaxin is conveniently located just across the street from the beach and gulf, and guests are sure to enjoy the large private pool and hot tub at the house! Enjoy beautiful views from balconies on every floor, on both the front and back of the house.
Though it will be hard to spend too much time inside in such a stunning location, the inside of this house is just as luxurious as you would imagine! The living room is large and cozy, with several couches, chairs, and a flat-screen TV. Just behind it are two dining room tables, perfect for group meals. Finally, the state-of-the-art kitchen offers everything you could need and more to cook and store food/drinks on your beach vacation.
Head upstairs for the cozy bedrooms, where you will enjoy a much-needed rest after a day at the beach! The second floor has the 5 bedrooms, all with private baths. 4 have King beds, and one has 2 sets of twin over twin bunks. Since this is a lockout rental option, the third floor will be locked and unavailable. Great stay . Awesome pool hot tub was great . Some of the furniture could be upgraded and one of the king mattresses on second level is junk one side completely done. But other then that we loved it

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home for the second Thanksgiving holiday. We love the layout and location. It was absolutely perfect for our family and fur babies.

The home itself is very nice and spacious and clean feeling. The only thing that isn't are those dingy thrift store looking recliners in the living room. None of the women would sit in those as they just looked gross. We could get past that though. The worst part of the whole house was the water pressure and water temperature! We only used the first two floors, and the showering experience was terrible! Like the worst shower water pressure I have ever had in my life. It was like taking a shower in a dribble of water. There was no chance of getting your hair clean so we took as few showers as possible. Everyone in our party complained about this. Not only that but they clearly don't have a hot water heater big enough for that house so no one got hot water ever. Every sink and every shower will only give you lukewarm water at best so not only did you not have enough water to shower but it was also cold. For a home that big and nice they definitely need to upgrade the shower heads and water heaters. This complaint alone would prevent us from staying here again. Everything else about the house was nice.
