About this house rental
Three year young house close to many activities. 4 kayaks - just walk across Route 9 to the boat launch area. A bocce court, corn hole and a fire pit for outdoor activities, along with ping pong and 14’ indoor shuffleboard indoors. Walking distance to a bakery and two restaurants - a short drive to many more! Steps away from a gorgeous walking, biking, cross country skiing & snowshoe trail. Tennis Courts nearby too!
The space
Round Lake has plenty of year-round activities: kayak and fish in the summer. Ice fish, ice skate, and motorcycle races on the lake in the winter. The house has traditional bedrooms and an open floor plan upstairs. Downstairs there are 2 queen murphy beds with ping pong for entertainment. TVs in each room and wifi throughout
The Neighborhood
Round Lake is a charming small village with close proximity to Saratoga Springs, Clifton Park, Malta and Ballston Spa. Within blocks, there is Leah's Cakery for breakfast, coffee and desserts and Lake Ridge Restaurant for fine dining or a cocktail. The Mill Tavern is 0.5 miles away for spirits, food and weekend entertainment
Getting around
The small village of round lake is very walkable. Basketball court, tennis court, boat launch, two playgrounds, and baseball fields are within walking distance. You will need a car to go to a grocery store or Walgreens - both approximately 1.5 miles away. If you need transportation, Lyft and Uber are your best options.
Quick drive to Saratoga Springs, Saratoga Lake, Malta and Clifton Park. 25 minutes to Albany

House is perfect for a friends weekend. Awesome view of Round Lake and close to downtown Saratoga. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable with lots of activities to keep busy. All around a fun place we hope to visit every year.

I’m originally from the area and came back for a visit. I wanted a place to stay so I could have friends over to catch up. This house was perfect. It is situated away from the congestion of Clifton Park and Saratoga yet only minutes from each. It is spotlessly clean, well thought out and stocked. Kayaks are supplied for the nice lake across the street. There are plenty of games for inside and out. It was a perfect retreat in a quiet neighborhood, beautiful sunrises and view of the lake. I want to return sometime with my grandsons. There is so much room and plenty to do. Highly recommend.
