Gorgeously decorated with wood finishes and granite counter tops throughout, and vaulted ceilings, Mugho 10 gives off the vibe to just stop and relax. This vacation home has ample space for everyone and is guaranteed to please!
For those who enjoy entertaining and gathering around the kitchen, the open dining room, kitchen, and living room will meet your needs with ease. With the natural light flowing through the wall of windows, you can watch the snow fall in the winter while gathered around the wood-burning fireplace or gathering outside on the deck to watch the PGA golf tournaments in summer, all while creating memories of your wonderful vacation in Sunriver.
The 2 primary bedrooms and en suite bathrooms are located on the main floor, perfect for those who have difficulty with stairs. Upstairs, you will find the third bedroom with a queen bed and the fourth bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk beds.
In those rainy-winter months, there is an indoor game room with a pool table. Additionally, there is a bonus room with a queen bed attached to the game room. Large, clean house in a quiet area. Perfect for family gatherings.

The location is great. The house needs a lot of TLC. It wasn’t very clean, the bbq grill was filthy and caught on fire from all the built-up grease, the kitchen was lacking large bowls and a platter for serving dinner for eight. There was no soap in any of the bathrooms and there were half-full cans of beer on the window sill behind the couch and some clothes stuffed between the dresser and wall in one of the bedrooms plus dust all over everything. We were mostly annoyed with the kitchen not having enough silverwear or dishes. There were only 2 dish towels and no broom or dust pan and the vacuum didn’t work. It definitely needs some upgrades and I probably would not rent it again or recommend it to a friend.

The house could use some upkeep repairs. The great room was a bit smaller than anticipated and the 5th bedroom was a bit different. But our group had a wonderful time, and we loved the quiet and watching the deer.

The bonus room, and additional sleeping space was not good. Not only was it inconvenient to get to, the space was dark, dingy and both the futon and pull out bed were broken. There were no linens available for either, even after specifically verifying they would be available. The kitchen definitely needs a look over. The house is advertised to sleep up to 12, but there is only plates and utensils for 8.
