This apartment has 1 full bathroom with modern shower, toilet, basin and organic toiletries with strong water pressure. Hot water is supplied by a tank in the bedroom cupboard and when it`s been used the unit can make a noise as it refills and re-heats the water.
KITCHEN:
Fully stocked with appliances (oven/stove, pots/pans, dishes/silverware, microwave, fridge, and new washing machine.
This is a beautiful little apartment with everything you need for a stay in the hippest part of Melbourne (the inner north). High ceilings provide a very airy feeling to the apartment, and there`s lots of little touches that let you know you`re in a home, not a hotel. Excellent location! Walking distance to the city, lovely parks, so close to the Melbourne Museum and Royal Exhibition Hall, Gertrude-Brunswick-Smith Sts, French Lettuce Bakery, Morning Market and Sonido on Gertrude amongst many other wonderful dining choices. Apartment has all the amenities you need for a lovely and comfortable stay. Look in the free Melbourne tourist guide for a $20 coupon to Brunetti’s Restaurant on Lygon St - also walking distance is Pelligroni’s and The Waiters Restaurant.

Lovely apartment, close to transport and Fitzroy cafes and shopping district. We would definitely stay here again!
