Its location is superb, just minutes from the city, with trams and trains only moments away. Fitrzoy can be described as the love child of Soho and Greenwich Village because of its great location, shops, galleries and personality.
Soho52 is a genuine walk to the city, MCG, Rod Laver arena and sporting precincts, museum, and parklands. On your doorstep are so many great restaurants, cafes and shops.
The free city circle tram is only a short stroll away and will take you to many popular locations such as Federation Square, the aquarium, the museum, Southbank, Casino, and Docklands.
*** Instead of paying a bond, guests are welcome to provide details of a credit card to be held over the duration of their stay (only $1 taken to verify the card). Otherwise a $500 bond is payable.
You are very welcome to enquire about 2 night bookings, but we cannot always accommodate short bookings.
Strictly no parties, gatherings, or events,are allowed at the accommodation. Excessive noise in the immediate area of the accommodation including the street, garden and balconies will also not be tolerated. Violation of this rule will lead to your rental being terminated with no refund of fees. We hope you can understand the reasons for this. The survival of short term rentals as a viable accommodation option is dependent on visitors respecting the people living in the neighbouring properties.

The apartment is very modern, superbly equipped and comfortable. We did a lot of cooking, washed a lot of clothes and had everything we needed. The area of Fitzroy is full of great places to eat and to shop. Walking and efficient public transportation made getting anywhere in the city very easy- walking to the Australian Open took 30 minutes mostly walking through a park. We hope to get back to Melbourne and stay there again. Jane and George WA USA

Modern, clean, fully equipped to make your stay in Melbourne pleasurable. Restaurants close by or Lygon Street just a short walk away. Free tram service just a 5 minute walk for quick transportation into the city. The accommodation has everything that other places dont think of (hangers, all the kitchen supplies required...do don't have to make a stop at the grocery store, as everything was thought of). A great place to stay!!!!

Great location, comfortable beds with everything and more you could ask for in the property, The kitchen was pretty well stacked with essentials for our stay which was very much appreciated and a very short walk to the hospital and close proximity to the city. Thanks again guys we loved our stay 💗

stayed at this property for a weekend getaway, great location to the City & the MCG. Had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay - Katrina was fab to deal with! all very easy :)
