About this house rental
Enjoy Gulf Beach Views and Breezes from your own private deck or swim in the Gulf of Mexico a few steps from your 1 bedroom plus den/ 1 bathroom, with a full kitchen. Deck area has a sitting area, eating area, and a grill. Privacy for all through separate access to bathroom. Laundry room shared with unit below.
Early Check-in/Late Check out available for a fee.

Pets- Non-Aggressive breeds, vaccinated & current on a flea prevention program allowed only with prior approval. Any unauthorized pets=25%surcharge

This place is absolutely perfect for a trip for 2 to AMI. The view is gorgeous!!! The access to the beach is just across the street, literally from door to the surf within 5 minutes! The bed was comfy. It was super clean. And the balcony/deck was the perfect place to sit. We will definitely be back!
