Get Your Sun boasts a first-floor grill near the pool, a large kitchen, an open concept living area, and a large game room on the 3rd floor. We have arranged a complimentary beach chair setup*** for you from Spring until early Fall. Renew your senses in the private Pool surrounded by palm trees. Get Your Sun’s backyard creates the perfect backdrop for a small wedding* or just a family experience the kids and adults will cherish forever! Rent this home with its twin house next door - The Sand Emperor. This will allow you to sleep over 50 people in total!

The parking pad can accommodate up to 7 standard-size vehicles.
All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is unavailable here, but the apps will provide thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.
We provide high-thread count linens and a starter set of toiletries, detergent, and soaps. Additional items needed is the guest’s responsibility.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.
*Weddings/Events – If held on property additional $500.00 event fee is required*
**The spa/pool can be heated from Nov 1 - April 31 for an additional daily fee**
***Complimentary Beach Chair and Umbrella Setup From March week 2 - October 31.
AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
Destin We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. WOW!!!! Our stay here was over the top. The place was beautiful. We had plenty of room. We loved that everybody had a bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of room and plenty of kitchen space. The backyard was awesome. The pool was great as well. We will be staying here again.

Everything was clean and worked well. There were 22 of us including 12 kids from 3-17. There were a few items from the kitchen missing that would have been nice to have I.e. can opener, tongs, kitchen shears or regular scissors. Other than that, there was everything we needed in the kitchen. Fully stocked. We used the crock pot, griddle, the pans, but we mostly used paper products for plates, bowls, cups and utensils. We had an issue turning on the fire pit in the back yard but someone was sent right away to help us figure it out. It was nice to have an alarm on the door to the pool since we had some young children. We decided to have everyone do 10 pushups if they forgot to push the button to deactivate the alarm before they opened the door. The kids loved that ha! The only other thing I would say is that the photos do not exactly represent the house and amenities. There was not a golf cart, there are no rooms with two beds in them and the house comes with two rental chairs for and one umbrella for the beach- not four chairs. We got missed messages from both the rental company and the property manager about that. Also Granger’s beach is a private beach so no tents are allowed.

House is nice, layout is good but a beach house should supply beach towels. Travelers are flying and don’t have room to bring towels for 12 people! Simple fix.
Also supply a step stool or ladder as the house must have been set up for basketball players! And fire pit didn’t work.
The beach set up sucks! They set all these chairs and umbrellas at the edge of the beach so close together that you can’t have your group together and half of the people aren’t even at the beach! And sorry but 2 chairs for a house that sleeps 24? I understand having a set up but should be set up as you come to the beach, don’t monopolize the beach with empty chairs! The steps and setup make trips to the beach difficult which is why most people visit Destin.
