Great for ATV and Snowmobile groups. Large living room with 65 inch TV. Well stocked kitchen. Large yard for yard games and outside seating. Front covered porch and deck in the back. Walk to town. 10 miles from Baxter State Park entrance. Close to white water rafting, hiking, and hunting.

The house has plenty of sleeping space. Also ample parking space for multiple cars or a truck and trailer. The location is just up the hill from the start/finish line of the Millinocket Marathon as well as all that main street has to offer. This is an ideal home base for hiking, rafting, or even a snowmobiling group. It's not fancy, but a comfortable space with all you need for exploring the incredible beauty of the surrounding woods, waters and mountains.

We had six adults on an eclipse trip and needed a big place. This house could use a little work here and there (cracked window) but is roomy, comfortable, and well equipped. Great value for a reasonable price.

We had no issues during our weekend stay. It was exactly as advertised. The owner was responsive and helpful.

House and yard need some work. Carpeting needs cleaning. Many lightbulbs out. No air conditioning up stairs so difficult to sleep. Had initial communication with owner but did not answer questions after that. Roof looks to be in poor shape. We would not rent this house again.
