About this house rental
**Snow conditions are beyond our control. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds due to lack of snow. We recommend guests check snow conditions before traveling.
**We own the property next door, (It's vacant) so there is PLENTY of parking for larger trailers** Parking options are next to car tent or lengthwise out front of the yellow house**
2 story house fully furnished. 2 bathroom, 2 bedroom. Private room with queen bed, larger room with 3 full beds and 2 twins. 3 futons and a cot for extra occupants. Sleeps 8.
Full kitchen (refrigerator, stove, Toaster, Toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot, utensils, plates, cups, pots and pans etc)
Linens (Wash clothes, bath towels, kitchen towels, clean bed linens supplied)
Free laundry on site
Outdoor space includes firepit, BBQ grill, and picnic table.
Oil and heat pump for heat, A/C in bedrooms and ceiling fans in all main rooms.

As described. Met our needs. The water heater did go out, but it was handled professionally and as quickly as possible. Hosts were certainly professional and kind and more than willing to accommodate our needs.

The place is exactly as described. It is well situated in Millinocket and has all the amenities necessary for a great vacation. It was a rainy summer day. But we felt cozy and dry inside.

We enjoyed our stay. Access to the trails was right behind the house. The house had everything you needed. The fridge needs to be replaced as it didn’t keep anything cold. Overall, it was comfortable and convenient.

Great house for our stay to visit Baxter State Park. The house has everything we needed it could want! Very clean and comfortable. Super host!
