Family-oriented four-unit condominium property in the heart of South Padre Island, and steps from the beach.
This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, with its open Living Space, includes a living room, kitchen, and dining room, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second room has a queen bed. This is Unit #3 on the second floor top right, the pool area has room to lounge and catch some sun. This area is shared with all 4 units.
Check-in is 4 PM -11 PM and Check-out is at 11 AM this gives the Clean Team time to prepare the space for you and the guests coming after you.
We reserve the right to retain the security deposit in total or partially in case of non-observance of the house rules or damages, maximum capacity of 4 people
Complete booking only if you AGREE to the following:
NO Pets, smoking, parties/events (outdoors smoking allowed)
Quiet hours 11 pm-8 am WILL EVICT if not observed, NO REFUNDS.
parking for 2 cars, non-authorized vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense

This was a great place for our large group. We rented 3 units for 3 families and we were able to have separation and privacy. Location is great for restaurants and shops and a very close walk to the beach.
