This is a 2nd Floor Condo, located at Sangria, a beach front resort on beautiful South Padre Island. Sangria is one of the original properties on the island. It is a small 40 unit complex that is well maintained and beautifully landscaped.
The unit has been recently remodeled and is bright and airy with all the necessities to make you comfortable. Great care has been taken to create a superb beach get away, with all the best amenities and special touches of decor.
This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo that sleeps 4-6. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Cots are available to accommodate additional guests. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table. Free wifi is available in the unit. There is a private patio to enjoy amazing ocean views. You are just steps from the beach, swimming pool and laundry/office.
Linens and towels are in the unit and maid services are available for longer stays. Any questions can be answered by the on site manager who is available during office hours.

Beach view was cool and the location was nice and quiet. Older unit but was clean, weird thing was no beach chairs to use or beach/pool towels to use. Also, we only received 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 days stay with 4 adults. We were expected to pay for more towels and toilet paper if needed.

Clean condo and on the beach! Excellent property management, well kept pool and property. We would love to purchase a condo here but until we do will keep returning!

Management needs improvement. I was dealing with 2 entities, evolve and vrbo. It was confusing and frustrating. I made reservations. My other family was checking in a day earlier than me. I confirmed this with someone. But when my family tried to check in, desk wasn't aware. Had to make several phone calls at 9 pm. Frustrating. Condo was nice.Beach chairs need to be thrown away. Broken and rusted. Water pressure was low.
