About this house rental
Our home is a tri-level level house on a canyon. It's close to SDSU, Qualcomm Stadium, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, and Lake Murray. Sea World, Downtown/Gaslamp, San Diego Airport, Beaches, and Baja Mexico. There are tons of great restaurants nearby. We are about a 15-minute drive from all major attractions. You’ll enjoy your own entrance, amazing canyon views, a large deck, 100" projector screen, surround sound, a new full Kitchen, a hidden bedroom, and the huge great room.
This amazing space has a private entrance on the north side of the house down the stairs. It features a bi-level bedroom hidden behind a bookcase door with a full-size bed on the upper level and a full-size bed on the lower. A large great room (700 sf) for watching movies at the end of a long day at the beach, there is a 100" automatic projector/screen with surround sound, Bluetooth media, Amazon Fire Stick, and HDMI inputs. You have access to a large deck (200 sf) with lounge chairs and views of the canyon. There is a full kitchen stocked with all the necessities to cook your own meals. Lastly, the backyard features a large observation platform with wood slab benches and a wood fire stove.

*** THE UNIQUE THING ABOUT SAN DIEGO IS IT’S NEARLY PERFECT CLIMATE THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. HOWEVER, AUGUST - OCTOBER WE HAVE WARMER TEMPERATURES. THE IS NO AIR CONDITIONER AND CAN BE WARMER IN THE SUMMER***
It’s important to point out that we are not a good fit for groups who are coming to San Diego to party. No parties are permitted in the space and we cannot tolerate guests coming home from the bars or clubs in the early morning hours.
We live in a residential neighborhood, so we ask for very little noise after 10:00 pm and quiet from midnight to 7:00 am.
With regard to location, please note the description and the map. Uber or a rental car are needed to get to most places here in San Diego. We are about 15 mins away from everything. Location is the only thing we cannot change so please make note of where we are in relation to everything to make sure it is a perfect fit for your stay.
If you have any questions or need any recommendations, please let me know. We are happy to help make dinner suggestions/reservations, arrange for an in-suite massage or private yoga session on the deck.

Perfect location for SDSU move-in. Location made it soo much easier to get to campus and back without having to deal with traffic. Great views of little canyon and sunsets.

Blake was a very wonderful host always wanted to make sure we were ok. My son is very immune compromised and his home was very clean and cozy. It was a great place to stay for the holidays of 2021. Thank you for last minute booking and acceptance. Take care

We stayed at Blake and Kelly’s home for long weekend in San Diego. It is really nice home with a great view, clean, comfortable and well equipped. We will not hesitate to come back and stay at this place if we are in town again!!!!

I was overall very happy with our stay. The furniture is comfortable and the main areas are spacious. The shower was on the smaller side. The host and hostess are very responsive.
