The Kitchen is Well Equipped. There is also a utility room with a washer/dryer, and large utility sink. The Backyard offers a large covered patio along with a fully fenced in backyard. Both bedrooms have Smart TV's. Wifi is provided along with a Landline Telephone. Quiet, Clean and Well Mannered Pets are Welcome! Guests traveling with an RV or Trailer have the option to park in front of the home or in the large driveway.

Jeanette is a great host.The house is advertised. 5 minutes to SDSU.Street is quiet.The inside is a bit smaller than it looks in the pictures, but we had enough space.The backyard is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Nice patio seating area back there.Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to cook.Great place. Dog friendly.10/10 would stay again.

Cozy and comfortable home with a cottage like feel. Easy access to the grocery store and eateries. A nice fenced in backyard with a doggy door from the house.

We found the host extremely (in a good way) communicative which was much appreciated. The property contained all amenities mentioned in the VRBO description. Though we did not need them, there are air conditioning units in each living area. The property was clean and well taken care of inside the unit. I would recommend some instructions be made available for the television as there were two remotes and both were needed to access some of the programming. We sorted it out, but not finding anything might make things difficult for some. I would also recommend providing instruction on the operation of the rear deck lighting. The area is great, but the lights are bright and to some extent shine in the rear bedroom. There was a pad in the laundry room implying some ability to control them, but it did not. One last recommendation related to the grill. It is electric, but there didn't seem to be any open receptical in the deck area for its plug. If we are looking for a place to stay in this area, we'd definitely choose this place again.
