About this villa rental
Casa Verano is a two minute walk to the beach and steps from the restaurants and shops. Yet it is tucked away in a small lane that ends in a lush forest, making it private and quiet. Perfect blend of proximity and tranquility.
The 3 bedroom remodeled bungalow sleeps 6. To cool off you have your own private pool. There are several outdoor sitting areas where you can enjoy watching the birds and howler monkeys.
All rooms have new A/C's and ceiling fans. The property is completely gated.

Walk everywhere! This tropical oasis is a stone's throw from the main beach entrance, cafés, restaurants, shops and best surfing spots. Many of our guests don't feel the need to rent (or use) a car. We have a golf cart for rent too. Book early!

While Sàmara is our favorite beach we are also within 45 minutes of several other beaches that make for easy day trips. Nosara, Guiones, Carillo, Barigona, Garza, Pelada, Punta Islita, Buena Vista are just a few!

We’ve been eying Casa Verano since we stayed at the Logan nearby. We were happy to get a chance to stay there and were not disappointed. It’s a charming house…comfortable, homey, well-equipped and clean and the location is perfect. It’s nice when you have different ages and interests in your group to be able to come and go when you want to, without the need of a car. The beach, coffee shop, grocery stores, and restaurants are within a 5-10 minutes walk. The house is surrounded by trees and is gated making it very private and secure. It has a refreshing pool, garden and patio, where you can sit out with your drinks and watch the birds, monkeys and iguanas. The host Dipti as well as the property manager Isamar were lovely to deal with and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Some guests might be bothered by the noise of a few trucks coming into Samara in the morning, but in our estimation the convenient location made that a small concern. We would stay in this beautiful house again if we brought family back to Sámara.
