About this apartment rental
From the minute you walk through the door you'll feel at home. With the expansive living room which is decorated beautifully, large dining room, updated kitchen with granite countertops, large master bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed and private bathroom, you wont want to leave. Additionally, there's a second bedroom with a full size bed, and separate full bathroom.
There is an extra deep attached single car garage with automatic door opener.
The laundry room has a newer washer and dryer and is located inside of the condo.
The condo is completely furnished and move in ready. Just hang your clothes in the walk in closet and viola', you're ready for some Sun and fun. Head to the heated pool and hot tub, play tennis in one of two tennis courts, or chalk your pool stick and play a game of billiards in the updated clubhouse.
There are several beaches in the area including the infamous Siesta Key Beach, Turtle, and Crescent. Or, go to Legacy Trail which offers, biking, hiking, jogging, and walking. The trail goes from Sarasota to Fort Myers. Many golf courses. For shopping, we recommend St. Armand Circle and historic downtown Sarasota.

This is the 4th year we have stayed for 6 weeks or longer in this property. Previously we had rented 4 different units in this development and this one is by far the best. Sue is great to deal with. Everything is updated and well kept. You’ll love it. Do note that while the bed in the 2 nd bedroom is new and very comfortable it is full size so it was a bit cramped for 2 full sized people. You will love your stay here as we have for years.

The owner, Sue was an absolute joy to work with and to communicate with. What a lovely lady! The villa was clean and beyond well stocked. Mary and I were there for 28 days and it was one relaxing day after another. We hope to return sometime next year. Thanks Sue for a joyous Holiday. Steve & Mary Meier
