About this apartment rental
New upgrades! This property has the best pool on the beach with over 14,000 square feet of swimming area and a 28-person hot tub! This is a beautiful condo it has a master bedroom, plus a bunk room and two baths. This condo comfortably sleeps six. The views are amazing! You will enjoy the private balcony full of sunshine, warm breezes, and emerald beach views. Exclusive amenities combine with a central location to offer one of the best vacation experiences. Relax at one of the largest and most tropical pool areas and grounds on the beach. Enjoy the poolside Tiki Bar, Snack Shack, beach service, hot tub, gym, and indoor pool. Also, there is a grill area for dinner nights at home. Convenient location for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Just a short trolley ride to Pier Park!
The registration packet is to be purchased in Lobby for $85 this will include your armbands and parking pass. Shores of Panama! This unit only gives one parking pass. There is paid public parking nearby if you would like to pay to park another vehicle during your stay.
These resorts host many people during the season. The wait times at the resort elevators may be delayed depending on the time of year and the volume of guests.
You must be 25 and over to book. The person booking must be present if the other guests are under the required age.
INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Emerald Beach Rentals provides a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.

We had a very good experience staying in the Shores of Panama. Beautiful sunset view. Very clean room. The only thing we didn’t like it’s a mattress in the muster bedroom.

The condo wasn't anything special, but it was enough. It could use some updating. There were places on the walls that had been toughed up with paint that didn't match, the air conditioner wasn't very sufficient, the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The parking garage was way far from the condo we stayed in. On the other hand, there was plenty of hot water, the views were magnificent, and the pool area was beautiful.

This is our 1st time using VRBO. I did A LOT of researching, reading reviews & doing my homework. Of course worrying all the way there I was going to be disappointed and to say I was emotionally over excited to arrive and say every single detail was legit!! We are already wanting to come back!! I downloaded the app which was very easy. I messaged the owner of the unit we were in & he was super nice & helpful and very quick to respond. AWESOME!!

We had originally booked splash but splash pad was under renovations and was thankful to be moved to another location. Management was apologetic and nice and didn’t know of the renovations. Overall stay was ok but did not feel safe after a woman fell from the 13th floor directly above us as we were on the 10th. No one notified us or asked questions. We were told nothing. We simply walked out of room and saw the crime scene directly outside our door with four kids in tow. The indoor pool was so strong of chlorine it bleached my kids swimming trunks and would burn your eyes just to sit in indoor pool room. Also the internet in the room would stop working periodically. My review is based on how we did not feel safe and wasn’t notified, indoor pool being too strong, and the internet going down every evening. The overall room was ok and had a beautiful view of the pool and beach. The couch fold out mattress was also nice and thick. The management team was very helpful and nice to get us moved to this location as this review isn’t based off them.
