Located just steps from Coal Creek and only 1 block off Elk Avenue, your group couldn't ask for a better location in town! Sit on the expansive outdoor decks and listen to the sounds of Coal Creek or just relax with that cup of morning coffee while taking in the unobstructed views of Mt. Crested Butte. When it comes time to go ski, you are only 2 blocks from the free shuttle which runs you right to the base area! With all of these amenities Totem House is sure to be your family's favorite place in CB!
Park in one of the 4 off street spots and step inside this luxury home to start your Crested Butte adventure. Kick off the hiking boots in the oversized mudroom and relax in the game room with wet bar, pool table, and comfy TV area. There are also 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on this level including the master suite with King bed. The other two bedrooms have cozy queen beds with en-suite baths, and the massive logs used in the construction of the home are a fantastic touch throughout the home.
On the second floor of the home you will find the great room with multiple seating areas, incredible views, a gourmet kitchen, and massive outdoor deck. There is room for the whole clan on this floor and should someone need to work there is even an office nook with desk area. The dining table and bar area have plenty of seating for everyone and the kitchen has room for all the chefs in the family. There are even 2 refrigerators and 2 freezers for all the great meals after a day of fun! Cozy up to one of the two fireplaces, watch the big game, or step out onto the deck which spans the width of the home. With plenty of outdoor seating and unobstructed views this will be the place to start and end your day with the sounds of Coal Creek close by.
