Prepare anything from easy beach snacks to full-course dinners in the open, well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, loads of prep space, and a breakfast bar. Dine together at the table for seven or grab a chair and a side table for an alfresco experience out on your furnished balcony. Back inside, this condo is ready for entertaining with a cozy living area and a wet bar. You can work out in the fitness center, play tennis on one of the courts, relax or swim laps in one of the pools, grab a bite to eat at the Blue Dunes Grille, or just unwind in the outdoor hot tub. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts.
This resort is located just one mile from the 210-acre Coffeen Nature Preserve, home to scenic walking paths and a historic World War II missile-testing site that you can visit by reservation. Grand Boulevard is also close, offering both casual and upscale dining and a variety of shops. For additional restaurants and retail options, check out the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, just a little over two miles away. And for adventures on and in the water, numerous golf courses, and other attractions, check out the city of Destin located 11 miles west.

The property grounds were very well kept. The only major issues were the elevators. We became stuck on 2 of them and the paneling was falling off. We would wait to only used the middle elevator after that.Upon entering the home, you eyes are instantly drawn to the view of the ocean. The balcony provided plenty of seating and tables for 10 of us. After we finally made it off the balcony and back into the home, we were pleasantly suprised. The pictures do not do this place justice. The decor was so unique and well thought out. The bedrooms and bathrooms were bigger than I perceived them to be in the pictures; although actual toilet area caused a bit of claustrophobia. The kitchen was spacious and the wet bar gives the living area grown and sexy feel. The resort itself is in a great location, close to stores and restaurants. The pools were never over crowded and the beach is private. We really enjoyed our stay.

Spacious condo with plenty of seating. Loved the full length balcony with great views! Also nice that the have luggage carts and grocery carts to bring all of your stuff up to the condo!

Beach was great but if you bring your own chairs prepare to walk an extra 100 yards down the beach to set up. The condo we stayed in, the sheets were terrible wouldn’t stay on the mattresses. Otherwise, the condo was nice.
