I liked the location
I didn’t like anything else. The property was disgusting when we checked in. It was missing basic necessities in the kitchen and bathroom.
There was mould all over the bathroom and kitchen floors, cupboards and other areas.
The windows were full of gung and dirt on the outside so you couldn’t see much through the windows. The living room windows were broken as well as the blinds therefore could not operate well.
The mattress were absolutely terrible and unclean when it came to comfort. My siatica was triggered. The comfort issue wasn’t just for me. It was also for my partner, parents and children who experienced the same.
When I raised these issues during my stay, I was given excuses and staff were unhelpful and took their time to come back to me with solutions. We didn’t have ironing facilities. I was told there is a dishwasher in the property but there wasn’t. We didn’t have enough basic necessities I..e chairs, cutlery, towels etc. in summary I and my family hated our stay and our experience was the worst in our lives. I would not strongly advise customers looking at this company and property to think twice especially if you are with family, elderly people or people with disabilities as it does not support any of this. I have made a complaint regarding my stay and asked for a full refund however the company are stalling and makeing excuses. The advertisement is misleading and gives you a good expectation but the actual property is a shithole and the only reason I chose to stay on for the few days that I had booked was because the alternative for us was to be on the street and therefore I chose this property. It was a total waste of my money, my time and not to mention the inconvenience and follow up health problems myself and my family have suffered through out.

The main thing i didn’t like about everything is about the mattresses,very uncomfortable to spend the whole night there,also no detergents in the bathroom to clean up

Secure check-in form not sent in advance - had to call to request it whilst standing in rain outside property. Mattresses on the two double beds badly in need of replacement, very uncomfortable. One kitchen chair had legs so loose it was not safe to sit on, leaving us with 4 chairs for five people. TV in living area had no remote and so could not be turned on. Iron listed in facilities, but not present in flat, had to buy one; would have brought from home if wasn't listed in facilities information. Kitchen minimally equipped - e.g. 3 mugs for 5 people. Lots of night time noise from other flats and neighbouring property.

Beds , tvs , cleanliness , the apartment smelled and the hallway and stairs smelled of cigarettes very badly, the security in the hallway that you could hear in the apartment kept repeating its self saying it was off line, so i stayed one night then left

it was in a poor deprived unsafe area especially for families and ladies alone. which we were! That’s how I felt! They lied about parking there is NO parking after 7. pm. The area is incredibly unsafe with drugs being sold across the road , dark roads and junkies all over. Day & night! Terrible!!!

parking can be an issue, the multi storey car park that is right next door closes at 6 so it’s not ideal and you need a permit to park on street. If anyone else has an issue download the app “my parking space” and it allowance you to park in Asda car park where you can see your car from window.

Expensive and not worth a stay.

There are list of things that we did not like:-
1. Entrance to property was really dirty. Looks like it has never been cleaned.
2. Hallway was really dirty and had staines every where.
3. There were cleaning equipment as soon as we entered and the flat did not look welcoming.
4. The Flat did not had any sound insulation. There were people jumping on the flat above whole night and we felt like they are jumping on our head.
5. There is no parking in the property. Finding parking was a task in itself. Had to shift car to nearby Asda and pay for nearby parking the whole day.

The only negatif aspect of our stay was the upstairs neighbours, we could hear them walking and talking in their condo. Very annoying.

Location was excellent for our needs
It was very difficult to collect the key code, as I felt that I had completed all the appropriate paperwork including a copy of my driving licence. However we were missing some information. I had no contact from the agent on the day informing me of this. When we contacted the agent at 4.30 pm they indicated that more information was required before the keycode would be sent to our mobile. Therefore 1. Why did they not contact us they had two mobile numbers and emails. 2. What would have happened if it had been after 5.00pm and the office was closed. We had travelled three hours for key working. It could have been a disaster especially during these restrictions, I feel that we all need pull out all the stops to ensure that we are all safe.
