About this villa rental
This stylish villa was recently built by an interior design firm husdesign_archideco of which Yann is also the owner. Pieces chosen for the design furniture (Kartell, Ligne roset, Boconcept, Flos, Tonone...), equipment such as 2 large screen TVs, Netflix, WIFI speaker, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 en suite, 2 bathrooms, heated swimming pool, outdoor kitchen with plancha, all open onto a landscaped garden facing south, not overlooked, will promote a tasty holiday moment...
LOCATION: This villa is located at the entrance of the village of Sainte-Marie de Ré, 600m from all local shops and the beach 1200 meters away. Many free parking spaces are available in the same street.
DESCRIPTION: The villa, on one level of 115m2, is articulated around a living room kitchen forming the main room of about 65m2 facing south. Large bay windows open onto the garden. In the extension is a master suite with 160 cm bedding, large screen LED TV and its bathroom with shower, bath, and toilet.
The other wing, diametrically opposed, offers a single bedroom with 140 cm futon bedding. Then, a third bedroom of approx 14 m2 gives access to the reception patio. A bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet as well as a library area complete this part of the house.
A fully equipped laundry room and toilet in the entrance complete the installation.
EQUIPMENT: All the furniture has been carefully chosen by the architect and there are many pieces drawn from the collections of Boconcept, Ligne Roset, Kartell etc...
The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave oven, senseo and nespresso coffee makers, wine cellar...
A 50-inch TV is available in the living room with unlimited access to Netflix.
Outside, a swimming pool heated to 29 degrees is surrounded by wooden and/or sanded concrete terraces for a completely walled garden, not overlooked, facing south. A summer kitchen is available with a gas plancha.

La propriété a été pensé dans les moindres détails. Chaque élément, chaque objet sont en harmonie, représentant un ensemble fonctionnel et très agréable à vivre, où l’on sent la « touche » du décorateur/designer professionnel, en l’occurrence le propriétaire en personne, qui a été parfaitement disponible tout au long de notre séjour de 15 jours. Sans oublier Laura et Vanessa (IAD Conciergerie), pour nous accueillir de façon chaleureuse et professionnelle. Bref, un sans faute pour cette propriété magique, située dans un cadre idyllique, à savoir l’île de Ré.
On a envie de revenir au plus vite !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette villa décorée avec goût. Entre tradition et modernité, et seulement à quelques minutes à vélo et à pied du centre de Sainte-Marie, c’était le lieu parfait pour passer de merveilleuses vacances en famille.
