The entire ground level of this house with 3 bedrooms, 3 queen beds, 1 full bathroom, and a living room with two couches. It also features a beautiful open kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. The backyard has a full fence around it. It is ideal for the whole family trip. The basement level of the house is rented separately.

Guests can enjoy the entire upper level of this house. There is a spacious, fenced backyard. Plenty of off-street parking is also available.
Other things to note
* The basement level is rented separately and there will be no access to the downstairs unit from the ground level.
* Please park on the right side of the parking lot, don't block the driveway, so tenants from the lower level of the house have space to park as well

*We also have 2 cameras outside that are recording at all times and the front camera also has voice detection so it can notify us if there are any unauthorized parties.

This house was located within 10-20 minutes of everything we did-Zoo, Old Market, Early Bird Brunch (amazing menu). House is on a busy street but getting in and out of driveway was not bad.
