Beautiful and TOTALLY RENOVATED coastal 2/1 home is just two blocks from trendy Atlantic Avenue and minutes to the beach!
Walk, bike or use Delray's free golf cart shuttle to the beach. Our home features an updated kitchen and bath, Dade pine ceilings, wood and tile floors, built-in fireplace, fenced yard.
Everything is included in this home. We provide fresh linen and towels, everything you need for a day at the beach, or to have a bar-b-que or relax outside or bike around.
Perfect location to walk to Atlantic Avenue which is 2 blocks away or to the beach which is a mile away.
Delray Beach was recently named the Most Fun Town in America by Rand Mcnally. There are countless restaurants in walking distance with a lively nightlife. Check out the weekend activities during the time you plan to come visit. You will find art fairs, festival, concerts as well as a farmers market.
There are other activities around town including Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens, Rapid Waterpark, Quietwater Park, boat and jet ski rentals, golf courses, small boutique shops and the Boca Raton mall.... the list continues....

We are still relaxed from our trip! (Several days later) we can’t say enough about our stay. Lisa and Troy’s home has everything and did I mention clean? We stayed for 6 nights. My husband, I and our 15 year old daughter (spring break). The pics in the description are exactly what’ll you’ll find when you arrive. They even had chips and salsa waiting for us. Plenty of towels and extra sheets/ blankets. If you’re interested in cooking and stocking up on snacks/ drinks- There is a Whole Foods and Traders Joe’s a few miles away. We also walked to Dunkin Donuts every morning (5 minute walk). There is a washer/dryer in the garage which I did use- and went home with all our laundry done! (Which is probably why I’m still relaxed!) It was great to be walking distance from the action- yet far enough to relax. I was worried about it being on a corner -but it was quiet. The beach is about a mile so we drove. Though there is public parking near the beach, we preferred metered street parking on Atlantic Ave (just be sure to get there by 9). Plenty of places to eat and shop! Recommendations for restaurants: Dada / El Camino / Boheme Bistro (for breakfast) and Sloan’s for Ice-Cream! Can’t wait to go back!!

Beautiful, clean home with a perfect location to access all that is great about Delray Beach! House was perfect for the three of us.
