About this cottage rental
Family friendly Maine cottage located in the gated Point Sebago Resort Community offers guests complete and convenient access to all that Sebago Lake and Cove Communities has to offer. Cottage sleeps 6 comfortably with queen bed in master bedroom, full and twin bunkbeds in second bedroom and living room with sectional couch. Includes one full bathroom and one-half bathroom. Cottage is located in ideal location within Point Sebago (Paleo Woods Way) five minute walk to beach and resort center.
Upgrades for 2021 season:
Newly landscaped yard includes stone all around front of property. Handcrafted modern Adirondack chairs around front yard fire pit. New laminate flooring in sunroom replaced rug. Living room includes two couches one with pull out sleeper and 55-inch flat screen mounted to mall. Fresh painted front porch and new Weber grill on back deck.
Upgrades for 2024 season:
Added tankless water heater.
Point Sebago Resort amenities include access to marina, playground area, laundry facilities, business center, restaurant and snack bar, finishing, general store, beach volleyball, horseshoes, tennis courts, sandy beach, covered pavilion area, banquet room, basketball court, daily entertainment and golf course.

The property was great, highly recommend use of golf cart as it is the way to get a round at the Point Sebago Resort!!! We have family that owns a home in the resort and had additional family rent another vacation rental on Paleo Woods, and our place worked out well for a meeting place due to the size of the living space and the back deck. Sara communicated well with us regarding a hot water issue and resolved the issue ASAP. The bath and 1/2 was a great option also!!! Overall, a good time was had, and the property worked out well.

Myself and my 3 adult kids enjoyed a family vacation with all the bells and whistles of a resort. Having spent so many years camping at point Sebago it was equally as good to return in a resort home.
