About this cottage rental
Welcome to Vacationland Maine! Our clean and comfortable 3 BR cottage in Point Sebago is the perfect destination for a family or couple looking to get away for some R&R. Located on the convenient Sebago Woods Way means you’re a short (and fun) golf cart drive or walk from all the activities of the resort. Enjoy swimming, canoeing, kayaking, golf, tennis, shuffleboard and so much more! Point Sebago also offers children’s camps and activities as well as boat rentals at the marina. Dining and entertainment are also available at the on-site restaurants, Tiki bar and lounge.
Our delightful cottage comfortably accommodates 6. The bedrooms include a master bedroom with a queen size bed and adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds. There are one and a half baths. The living area includes sectional sofa, flat screen tv with DVD player and lots of movies to watch. The dining area includes a table with seating for six and a breakfast bar that seats two. Your vacation home away from home is equipped with both air conditioning and heat to make anyone comfortable.
You’re on vacation!!! Relax and enjoy your coffee while taking in the fresh air on the back or front deck in the morning, and spend a comfortable Maine evening under the stars with a beer or glass of wine by the fire pit (we think all cocktails taste better this way)! Literally everything you could need or want is available on-site in this gated resort community.
Keep an eye out for special themed weekends such as: Scrapbooking Weekend, Pirate’s Weekend, Reggae Fest, Blues Festival, Summer Fest, Brew Fest, Halloween Weekend and Murder Mystery Weekend - all so fun
Point Sebago does charge guests $10/pp/pd. This is not covered in the rental and is paid directly to Sebago during the registration. We also offer a golf cart for rent at an additional $75/day.

Was pleasingly surprised at the size of the house. It was well maintained and decorated nicely. The owners checked in with us shortly after arrival. They were very easy to work with,if we had any questions or concerns I could text them and they answered quickly. Which made our stay more enjoyable. We enjoyed all the activities Point Sebago offers and relaxing on the beach. We had a great time there!!

Our family had a wonderful time at Point Sebago, using this property as our home base. We happened to be here during one of the few weeks with 90+ degree heat and ludicrous humidity, but the owners were great helping us keep the AC running to beat the worst of the heat.
The back deck was great for entertaining outside - two tables, one for kids and one for adults, and the huge comfy couch was great for indoor cool downs.
Highly recommend renting the optional golf cart. It made getting around the Point Sebago property much easier and way more fun.

Perfect location and size for a family trip! Property is as advertised. Hosts are extremely accommodating and only a text away! Can’t wish to stay here again!
