Less than one block to the start of grounds at UVA, adjacent to Gooch-Dillard Dorms! One minute WALKING to Scott Stadium, one mile to Charlottesville's quaint and bustling downtown, lovingly called "the Corner", and a 15 minute drive to many of Virginia's most famous wineries and historical sites like Monticello, Blenheim Vineyard, Jefferson Vineyards, Keswick, etc.

We have stayed in many rental homes over the years, but this was the cleanest! It is a beautiful space and a perfect layout for our family group of various ages. The location is great, and we even walked to a delicious dinner one night at a Neopolitan pizza place called Pi-Napo. Highly recommend.
