About this cottage rental
The location of this circa 1925 cottage is amazing! Within a quarter mile of UVa's Scott Stadium and historic Lawn, yet on a quiet street. Bedrooms are spacious and ceilings are high. Comfortable beds with great linens, completely renovated bathroom, and fresh paint everywhere. Great outdoor dining space under cover. Completely outfitted kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, and glasses. If you choose to stay home and cook, you will have everything you need. Washer and dryer provided in basement.

Wonderful property! Very clean with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable king bed (we didn't use the 2nd bedroom) and beautiful back yard with shaded patio.

The azalea college was a perfect place for us to stay while visiting our UVA student. It is a short, easy walk to the stadium if you’re going to a football game. He and his friends walked to the house and joined us for dinner outside on the covered patio. It’s convenient to everything. I highly recommend it.
