The house was clean upon arrival. It has a large living space and a wide variety of TV and streaming services available.
The windows are on the older side, so any sound outside sounds like the windows are open( this is probably fine for most stays, we just happened to be staying on New Years with fireworks). I wish the windows had curtains, the blinds let in too much light into the room.

clean,quiet. good location.
needs more sitting chairs in the living room. There is only one small couch, and it is overdue for a change out.
We had roaches and contacted the caretaker. He offered to come out and spray, but I am sensitive to smells so he waited to after we left assume he sprayed. I was surprised that it had roaches because it was very clean. 
The rental could use a little money, reinvested in the rental property and things updated for example, one bed was unusable it. It’s mostly a boxspring kind of feel. Fortunately, we only had a party of four so one room was not utilized anyway.  the caretaker himself was very polite, nice and eager to accommodate.
