The space
This 400 square foot tiny home lives far bigger than its size, with vaulted shiplap ceilings, warm wood floors, and a bright, open layout. It sleeps three (a queen bed for two, plus a sofa that sleeps one), and it is both family friendly and pet friendly with prior approval. The covered front porch is fully railed, so kids can play safely while you unwind.

Good to know
The tiny home shares the parcel with the main house, where the hosts live. You will have your own private space, entrance, and parking, and we respect your privacy. The city is installing water lines on the county land directly behind the property (not on our grounds), so there are temporary dirt mounds for now, with daytime work by city crews and full restoration when it wraps. A friendly border collie lives behind the main-house fence and stays in his own area, with no guest contact. We share this upfront so there are no surprises.
