Ncantu home

The apartment was exceptionally clean and spotless. Everything was thoughtfully planned down to the smallest detail — from waste separation to a needle and thread, coffee, cakes, juice and water. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked perfectly, and the location could not have been better — right in the very heart of Palermo, within easy reach of everything. Eleonora is an exceptionally thoughtful, warm and caring host. She was always available and attentive to everything we needed. She also gave us the contact of a wonderful driver, who turned out to be just as kind, reliable and helpful. Thanks to him, getting around Palermo and travelling outside the city was incredibly easy and comfortable. We truly felt that every little detail had been considered to make guests feel comfortable and at home. After Ncantu Home, we continued our trip to Cefalù and Taormina and later stayed in another apartment in Palermo. But Eleonora and Ncantu Home had set the bar so incredibly high that it was difficult not to compare every place that followed with this one. 😊 An exceptional apartment, a perfect location and a truly wonderful host. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Ncantu Home to everyone!

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Location is just perfect, right at the center, 5 min to cathedral. Apartment was very comfortable and quite big. It had everything we needed. With coffee, tea, milk, some cakes, the kitchen was fully equipped. We also used the washing machine, big plus I think. The owner was very helpful and fast to answer all of our questions. I recommend this place to everyone.

Parking is actually not free. It is 5 Euros per day when you go out, because it is ZLT zone. But for the whole day it is not much and acceptable.

Lokalizacja przy samej katedrze, jednak trochę w głębi. Okolica typowa dla Palermo, blisko do targowiska oraz głównych atrakcji. Wyposażenie pokoju bardzo dobre, jednej nocy sąsiedzi z góry byli głośni ale tak to bywa.

The apartment is in a great location, right in the city center. It has everything you need, and it is spacious and clean. Since the apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone, if you rent a car, keep in mind that you will need to pay for access to that zone in order to reach the accommodation.

The apartment is on the ground floor, so there is a slight feeling of humidity, but it’s nothing too serious. There are also fewer windows that can be opened to let fresh air in.
