The Apartment was very clean. It is very quiet you can sleep very good, there is no noise. It is a new building.
Close to the subway station and to a shopping center. Also restaurants, clinics, stores, pharmacies 50-100 m from the building.

Good value taking into account the location, the size of the apartment, the possibility to park the car, and a secure building. The owner was very helpful and ready to answer any questions.

The room is comfortable and fully equipped with kitchen/ fridge etc.
You can self check-in using a door code.
Public transportation is available just downstairs.
The appartment has an own parking space.
Air condition is available and in Bucharest also necessary in the sommer months.
I have chosen this accommodation because I knew that I would arrive by car late at night.
Unfortunately the entry gate to the parking lot cannot be opened by the guest.
You have to ring the owners of the appartment when arriving in the middle of the night.
The hosts did not complain but I personally do not like to disturb people in the night.
Around the building on the parking spot there are huge cockroaches.
