Location was good for a short stay, close to all Sandton amenities. Unit a bit cramped and needs a revamp. Some cupboards broken, sleigh bed cracks that hindered a good night's sleep.. Good quality bed linen but no consumables provided - not even toilet paper, soap, or any hospitality items. Plan accordingly if you stay here. Easy self check-in. The instructions were clear and guard at gate friendly and helpful. We felt safe in this property. Ok stay for in-and-out but do not expect anything remotely fancy. Good communication from host via the app. Thanks, 12 Madison served the purpose of our short stay at a reasonable price.
Please provide basic consumables - just a 1/4 role toiletpaper or soap please. Bed cracks quite heavily. I really experienced the bathroom as uncomfortable. Some towels and pillow cases are stained.
