Very secure and quite place

Everything was clean and set up for comfort and convenience. It is evident the host put a lot of effort into looking after the place. The appliances worked well. Loved the chocolates on the bed and water in fridge. Beds were comfortable and firm. Extra blankets/throws were available. Appreciated the gas heater which helped a lot against the winter cold.

Nothing specific, everything well done. Recommend to consider anti-mould paint around the shower ceiling.

The people who I booked for disappointed me by spoiling the place. I feel very bad. I wish to extend my apologies to the host

We were happy with the manager/owner as he was quick to attend to any issues we had! We did not have any issues checking in, basic details were clear on email! Except for the accidental power cut which was quickly sorted

-The place was not very clean when we arrived..one of the rooms (the one with twin beds) was quite stuffy with an unpleaselant odor. -Bathrooms should have hooks for things like shower caps -A water proof curtain in the master bathroom could help prevent water from spilling outside the bathtub -The cleaner/janitor should be cleaning the apartment atleast every other day! Not just once a week! -An extra key or a proper coordination with the security guards would help when guests have to leave at seperate times! The guards insisted we use our key but there was only one key and four of us!😶
