Great location, plenty big enough for the 5 of us. Decor was nice and had enough cookware to easily cook. Grounds were neat and clean and staff was friendly.

We had beautiful weather every day. The beach area was well kept and the gentleman that handled the chair service was exceptional. Condo 201 has a great layout with plenty of space for our family. It was clean on arrival as was all the whole building. We had an issue with the dryer that was handled as quickly as possible by the management group. Condo could use a few additions to the kitchen stock in the way of folks and glasses but all and all we loved our stay and will probably rebook here again. Must try Hunts and dat Cajun place when in pcb hands down best to eating places.

The location was exactly what we wanted! The unit was a great size and our kids loved the larger balcony. The only issue was cleanliness and broken things in the unit. The dishwasher didn't work & the shower doors were off track. The washing machine had mold in it. Last thing is that the unit did not have a broom and dust pan guests could use to sweep unit. I think these are easy fixes so I would definitely staying in this unit again.

Pros: Location! Major plus for this unit. Pool area and the beach are also top notch.
Cons: First major negative was the inaccuracy of the photos. Most notably was the furniture. Photos showed nice leather sofas. Reality was a couch that reminded me of college, stains all over it and the ottoman. The arm of the couch was broken and dangling. It was so bad that if you pushed it with a pinky finger, it would dangle. All of the other furniture in the living/dining room was also different from the photos. Photos being different from the actual furnishings wouldn’t be a huge deal if they were the same quality. We would have never rented a condo with the couch having an arm falling off.
Second major negative was the bedding. Our pillows didn’t have pillow cases, and we found blood stains on them and the sheets.
Third major negative was the moldy washing machine. It’s a front load washer, and if you don’t leave it open to air, mold forms. When you open the washing machine in the condo, the ring sealing the door has extensive mold ALL around it. Gross. We couldn’t do laundry which was an inconvenience.
Overall, this unit has everything it needs to be a great condo that we would love to come back to multiple times a year, but it’s missing good management that cares for the details.
