About this house rental
Come visit the Lake of the Ozarks! This house is in Tan-Tar-A Estates right next to the Margaritaville resort. The private dock in the quiet cove is a great feature. The house is a totally remodeled, 3 bed 2 bath with two living areas, huge laundry and storage area that offers a 2nd full refrigerator, expanded decks and all the WOW. Two large bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs each have a single King sized bed and large closet. The third bedroom is downstairs and has a bunk-bed for children. Sectional downstairs is brand new. One of just a few homes in the Estates with total central heat/air. Includes the house, and the dock. Private cove to swim in and when you're done enjoy the deck and grill with propane provided. Access to Margaritaville and several other awesome activities nearby.

The property was very spacious inside and out. My favorite was the large deck. I would totally recommend this for any large group. I visited with 7 of my friends and we had so much fun swimming off the private dock and taking in what the property had to offer.
