About this cottage rental
This quaint, cozy, and comfy cottage is perfectly situated between the beach and the Sound. Steps from the bike path that runs for miles along the sound and just Kitchen comes fully stocked with cooking supplies, pots, pans, dishes- Keurig, coffee pot, toaster, blender, etc.. home away from home! We are providing linens this year so Guests are asked to start a load or 2 before leaving in the morning before checking out.

Most importantly- clean! Everything was as expected. This was our first visit to OBX- you won’t be disappointed with the location. Close to Avalon pier and owner graciously provides parking pass to the adjacent lot.

The home was very cozy and the game room downstairs was a hit. Getting to the beach was easy and parking was a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay again.
