About this house rental

Newly-renovated, country-chic lake home nestled on 6 acres at the end of a secluded road. Private walking trails on property, and nearby. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, with large deck and fire pit, in a secluded setting to enjoy exceptional sunsets, lake views, local wildlife, and the lake. Three minutes to Mounds Recreational Area, Kent’s Harbor and Marina, and easy access to horseback riding at Whitewater State Park and boating on the lake itself or kayaking the Whitewater River. This is a unique property, beautiful all year long, and perhaps the best location on the entire lake. Sleeps 5 easily (6 with trundle pulled out and made).

This was perfect for a relaxing girls' weekend! Very secluded and quiet. The home was clean, with a very well equipped kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised to learn you can even Door Dash McDonald's! LOL...Overall this was great for a small group of people to enjoy some peace. 2 recommendations if you're staying there: bring a fan for the upstairs bedroom with the twin bed in it (gets a little warm in there) and know that the trail to the lake is not for the beginner ; it's overgrown and not an easy stroll. Shout out to Jason, the owner, who was super easy to work with and always pleasant.

I hate to let the cat out of the bag knowing that my review will only increase popularity of this cabin. However, it is wonderful and my friends and I had a great stay. We wanted for nothing… It was by far the most well equipped place that any of us have ever stayed. We plan on coming back multiple times a year!
