“Green Wood Getaway” BRANSON COVE - 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom house will certainly exceed your vacation needs. It can accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably. The "Green Wood Getaway" is a privately owned and managed property and the owners pride themselves in being small business owners of T-Rock Vacation Rentals.
Branson Cove is a luxury neighborhood located less than a ½ mile from the State Park Marina. Along with amazing views of Table Rock Lake, it is close to almost everything in Branson. It is the perfect getaway for lake activities, hiking, biking, golf, Branson Landing, Branson Strip and Silver Dollar City.
The first floor (main) level features a king bedroom, a bedroom with 2 queens, a full kitchen and great room with incredible vaulted ceilings, a fireplace with floor to ceiling stone and a large, covered deck.
KITCHEN
Cook in style with a fully functioning kitchen, to include dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, Granite countertops and a large island provide plenty of surface space to meet your needs.

DINING
Right off the kitchen is a large farmhouse dining table. Seating is also be available at the island and a custom kitchen high top table. A highchair for children is also provided.
GREAT ROOM
This is a “great” room for gathering and relaxing. Couches and table in front of the fireplace and a two-chair sitting/reading area are included in this room. Twenty-foot-high vaulted ceilings are the highlight of the open concept living/dining/kitchen area. A 70-inch TV and soundbar is also provided for your entertainment pleasure.
DECK
Walk out onto the large, covered deck running the width of the house, with amazing views of Table Rock Lake. It includes ceiling fans, dining area, sitting area and gas grille.
DOWNSTAIRS
Head downstairs to a second living area, family room, two king bedrooms, a bunk room, laundry and patio.
FAMILY ROOM/BAR
This area includes a fireplace, television, gaming system, sectional couch, coffee table and custom built pub table with four chairs. It also has an additional sink, ice maker, cabinets and granite countertop.
PATIO
Walk through the sliding doors onto the covered patio. Relax in the two hanging egg chairs or enjoy the jetted hot tub. Enjoy the "Fire Table" and Adirondack chairs.
BEDROOMS
All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and their own en-suite bathrooms, with the exception of the two queen room, so your guests can have their own private space. A bench and/or chair will be provided for your convenience as well as having a closet and luggage rack.
You can choose to stay up and read or watch TV as all bedrooms have a nightstand, reading lamp with USB outlet and smart TVs. Sleeping in is not an issue either by drawing the room darkening curtains.
OTHER AMENITIES
A high efficiency Washer and Dryer, WiFi, board games, Cornhole and Gaming System (PS4 w/games) and #4 Pickle Ball rackets and 8 balls for the brand new courts is also included.
