We had an overall good experience all around! Communication with the host was great, she was fast with responses. House was very very clean kept & nice! Pictures didn’t do it justice! It was also a huge bonus that they provided plate ware for cooking and meals, beach towels, a whole little shed full of stuff to borrow for the beaches, etc! Would deff reccomend & will rent again in the future!

The location was perfect and everything was so clean. We brought our own laundry pods, toilet paper, trash bags, etc but all was provided. Easy check in and great stay!

This Property is in a Great Location and the Condo is beautiful, the golf cart was great for getting to the beach/fishing/restaurants and shopping in the resort. NOW for the bad. Check in was at 4:00, when we showed up there was 3 people cleaning still and said it would be 30mins minutes (it was an hour). The kitchen utensils need some serious cleaning , there was brown sticky on the kitchen floors (no way was they ever cleaned) Both up stairs bathrooms had long hairs all over the showers (there is no way they had been cleaned), no trash bags in the kitchen cans (had to go buy some) and for the worst, when going to bed that night one of the beds had blood on the pillow, sheet and topper. This was not a stain from being washed, this bedding wasn’t changed from the last guest. Also every “clean” towel we used to dry with, had hair all over them, I ended up just gathering all them and washing them and after that we had no problems. I had read reviews and they all seemed good, the cleaning people apologized for our hour wait and said they had 13 to clean that day and was behind and for the inconvenience they was going to try to get us free appetizer certificates, I don’t know what that ment exactly ,but it didn’t happen anyway. I honestly think this condo was very nice, and I doubt it’s always dirty. I think it’s just the busy time and they was already running an hour past check in and they just skipped ALOT. I would maybe even consider it again in the off season.
