This spacious condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, featuring a king bed and large walk-in closet in the primary suite, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen bed in the third bedroom. After a fun-filled day at the beach, unwind in the cozy living room with your favorite show or relax with a refreshing drink on the screened patio. ☀️🍹

• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• NO PETS. Any violation of the no pets policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove fur, odors from the unit/house, and/or linens.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

Very nice area and felt like a very safe place. Overall was satisfied with the stay. It's in a great location with lots of stuff to do close by.

This place was great all around it was clean had great access to everything! Definitely coming back to stay in the neighborhood! Only problem we had was with the washer, but the owner refunded me some money to go to the Landry mat. We had just a blast every night honestly it went by to fast wish we could’ve stayed longer!! Now for the only kicker we pulled up and seen golf carts everywhere and thought we had one as well, but that wasn’t the case which isn’t a big deal, just in the future it would be cool to see it say yes we have one or no we don’t have one. Totally worth it see you next time Sandestin!!
