There will be construction activity daily on the grounds and building. For the duration of the project, guests WILL NOT have access to balconies and windows may be covered. There will be work occurring on both sides of the building, with construction and noise throughout approved daylight hours 8am - 6pm, Monday through Saturday weekly. A discount has been applied to the rental rate during these dates.

Sleeping accommodations include a comfy king bed and a sleeper sofa with a twin pull-out bed. The full bathroom is complete with a tub-shower combination. Our convenient kitchenette offers a mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave and sink along with dinnerware and silverware. Perfect for making coffee and quick snacks! There is a coin operated laundry room nearby, and wifi is complimentary.
In addition to all the beach side of the Resort has to offer, The Baytowne Wharf on the bayside of the Resort is home to restaurants, boutique shopping and entertainment. Also nearby is the Silver Sands Outlet Center and Grand Boulevard for specialty boutique shopping and upscale dining. There is something for everyone - tennis, four golf courses, a full marina, walking and fitness trails, bicycle rentals, the list goes on!

The neighborhood was beautiful. The view was breathtaking! It was just a short walk to the beach which was convenient. It was a great end of summer vacation and I would definitely recommend the Luau. My only suggestion would be to get an ice machine and vending machine in Tower 1.

Overall, our stay here was good. The tub and shower could use some attention as the water does not drain properly and the common areas like the elevator and lobby are very dated. We always travel with extra pillows and though we found 2 in the closet we wish they were bigger. The host communicated very well prior to our stay even helping us check in early. It was just an hour but that hour helped me get to the beach faster.The access to the beach is great. The access in and out of the location is good.
