This 4-bedroom private beach home is the perfect destination. Featuring a fenced backyard, 2 private entries and perfect for your large group, boasting bright colors and new furnishings. A short bike ride or leisure walk to Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor-Wiggins State Park, The Mercato and much more.
This duplex has 2 private entries, each one featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Perfect for couples, large groups, multiple families,golfers, etc.

Sit down and relax after spending a day exploring Naples, fishing at the Pier or laying at the beach. Charming 4 bedroom 2 bathroom beach home. All bedrooms are furnished with bunk beds- queen size bed on the bottom and a twin or full on top. Bathrooms with towels and essentials. Also you will save money with the convenience of making your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We offer WIFI and premium cable package.
Perfect place for a family reunion, family trip or a vacation with friends. 5 grocery store options within 2 miles. Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Super Walmart, and 2 Publix. Very near the house ( less than 2 miles) are Mercato Shops providing plenty of bars, restaurants, shopping, movies and much much more! The neighborhood itself is very safe, friendly and welcoming. It is not on a major road so the traffic is quiet. It is a pet friendly neighborhood so you will see pet walkers on any given day. Bikes available for you to use. You are only a short ride to the beach! Lawn chairs, washer and dryer provided.
The backyard is also set up with outdoor furniture to enjoy your morning coffee or your evening glass of wine.
CLEANING PROTOCOL
We professionally clean the rental before your arrival! In addition, out of an abundance of caution during this time, we've upped our cleaning procedures to make sure we're doing our part to keep everyone healthy and safe. Beyond our regular cleaning, here's what other measures we're taking:
- Our housekeeping team is taking extra time to thoroughly disinfect inside the vacation rental, especially on frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs.
- Hand soap is also provided at every sink!
- All of our sheets and towels are laundered using the highest temperature settings for water to wash and heat to dry.
- Just to be overly cautious, we limit in-person contact with all guests providing self checking with a code to enter the property. We've switched to text messaging and phone calls.
Toiletries
In consideration of the environment, unlike the practice at many hotels - shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, facial tissues, and other toiletries are not included. Hand soap is also provided at every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.

It was nice to have both units, which nicely accommodated 4 adults and 4 children. The place was clean and the kitchen fully equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was biking distance to the beach. The place had supplies for the beach, which made for a relaxing time at the beach.
