This home is located on a quiet street just one block from the 1st Street beach access to beautiful Lake Michigan. You'll have easy access to the beach for morning walks, swimming, sand play, hunting for beach glass, or evening sunsets. You'll also be able to take advantage of the variety of included bicycles for all ages to make the quick trip to other beach access points or downtown for shopping or a bite to eat. After you've explored the beach and South Haven, you'll be able to relax in a private courtyard or spacious screened-in porch.

INSIDE THE HOME
This 2-story charming cottage will welcome you the minute you walk in. The main floor has an open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, bar/island seating for three to visit while meals are being prepared, a large dining table to seat 6, and a living room with a queen-size pull-out sofa sleeper. Off of the living room is a half bathroom and storage area with many board games, books, toys, and supplies for “kids” of all ages. The main floor also provides access to a separate, finished laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer, and two nice-sized storage areas which have beach tents, chairs, inflatables, cooler, and toys provided for you to use during your stay.
The carpeted stairs from the living room will lead you upstairs where you will find 3 carpeted bedrooms; one with two twin beds, one with a queen bed, and a master suite with a queen bed. The master offers maximum comfort with a smart tv, seating area that also provides a full-sized-sofa -sleeper, large closet with installed organizer, and a full bath with tub. Down the hall from the bedrooms is the other full bath, with tub, as well as a storage closet for extra linens and miscellaneous supplies.

Did we mention this home has amazing outdoor space in the form of a large screened-in porch and private courtyard? Enjoy coffee, meals, wine, games, or just relaxing on the screened-in porch any time of day. There is ample seating, with a table and four chairs, as well two additional lounge chairs. If you spend the evening on the porch you can enjoy the ambiance of the Edison lights strung above. Off of the screened-in porch is the private courtyard where you will find the gas grill, a patio table and four chairs, and two Adirondack chairs.
Parking: Parking is provided for 2 cars in the cement pad that is in front of the home, and street parking in front of the home.

EXTRAS
Throughout the home are “extras” that will make your stay more convenient and enjoyable. These include beach items that are stored in the home for your use, a beach cart that is stored in the screened-in porch, and toys and items that are great for inside entertainment. Additionally, if you have young children there is a high chair and pack 'n play in the home, and three different stroller options in the garage, all provided for your convenience.
Guests at each cottage will have access to garage storage that holds items you may need or find useful during your stay; including 4 adult bikes, 3 youth bikes, 1 balance bike, 2 razor scooters, bike locks, multi-tool for basic bike maintenance, and air pump. These are shared items and so we do ask that you keep these items stored in the labeled area.
