Property was just as described in the listing…great City views, clean, well-appointed for 3 adults and our small, well behaved dog. I very much appreciated the hosts timely communications and was surprised at the very well appointed kitchen, which was helpful for breakfasts and meal prep for our contribution to a holiday gathering elsewhere.We also loved the location, quiet neighborhood yet very driveable to nearby LA attractions.Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay in the Hollywood hills! The view was amazing and the house was great for our family of 4. There were a couple small issues that Jax addressed immediately. Jax was very responsive and helpful. The sliding glass doors definitely have a drop-off down the hill and only open about 6 inches. We kept the doors closed and had no issues. AC worked well when the sun was shining.
