Beautiful newly renovated chic studio on little habana.

Host was very nice. Excellent communications. Close to Little Havana culture and activities. Parking right in front of property. Free washer and dryer on property. Safe and family oriented neighborhood. Really enjoyed our stay.

Little Havana is not the best spot if you’re coming to be in the Miami scene. It is a short Uber to Brickell, but it adds up over time. This property is exactly as listed and the owner was very communicative and helpful. Any issue was resolved quickly. Although the area wasn’t the best, we still felt safe in the home and enjoyed our stay.

This property was relaxing and looks just like the pictures. There is a perfectly sized electric stove top, refrigerator, and microwave if you want to cook a quick meal. There is a smart television, very spacious, and up to date bathroom. The back yard has a washer and dryer and some wooden chairs to relax. The neighborhood has chickens and roosters living their best lives in yards and on sidewalks; we even saw peacocks/hens! There are bodegas, liquor stores, barber shops, nail salons, supermarkets and more all within walking distance. The language in the area is primarily Spanish and feels very family oriented. The river is walking distance and there is a park where you can enjoy it and even see fish.iamo Beach is less than 15 mins away via Uber/Lyft. Our only complaints are the cleanliness of the unit and some plumbing issues. There was pan in the sink when we arrived and the water pressure in the kitchen sink was so low we had to wash dishes in the bathroom sink. The floors could use some cleaning. The shower floor was dirty, probably made worse by the slow drain in the shower. If those things are taken care of I would gladly give this unit a 5 star review.
