About this house rental
Enjoy living a “Sun Capital” experience in our amazing & central 2Br apartment: one queen bed size, Second room Queen bed, living room with a sofa bed and desk area. Can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. In “Havana 2” you will find everything you need. Shopping centers, restaurants, banks, entertainment sites, universities, clubs, music, and culture. Located in a calm Little Havana, west to Downtown Miami, close to “Calle 8” and the vibrant Little Havana.
Please note:
-Building does not have elevator. It is only two floors.
-Our units are pet friendly. An extra $225 refundable (per pet) will be charged to cover any type of eventual damage. Likewise, a non-refundable $99 pet cleaning fee will be requested that must be paid before the check in. Guest pets must be always leashed when outside of the unit (visitor pets included).
-The unit does not include a washer or dryer on-site. A coin laundry service is less than two blocks away.
-If there are any special requests (additional person, early check-in, etc), please let us know in advance and we will do our best.
- We ask that guests be considered with noise levels. At all times, loud music is forbidden, and quiet hours are strictly enforced.
- Parties are not allowed on the promises.
- Use of illegal substances within units is prohibited. Security cameras on premises.
We will try not to interfere with your stay, but if you need anything from us, please let us know. Rest assured that one of our team members will try to help happily as soon as reasonably possible
