The Shore Path Cottage, built in 1880, once the summer residence of America's wealthy folk, is today a gracious, architecturally unique oceanfront home with 8 tastefully appointed rooms and a chef's kitchen. Located at the end of a quiet street along the historic Shore Path, enjoy ocean views and being minutes to town restaurants, shops, and galleries via the oceanside path. The location is ideal with a lawn stretching down to the sea, just minutes away from all of the activity of Bar Harbor!

Elizabeth our host was so welcoming and responsive to all of our needs. The location in town is excellent for restaurants, shops and close access to Acadia. The house is spacious and homey with large rooms to accommodate family needs. We hope to return!
