• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, Ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: 10-12 minutes by bike. Prefer to drive? DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB. In season, there are several Beach Trolley stops within walking distance.
HOW FAR TO HARBOUR TOWN: Literally, just across the parking area! Stroll and sip and shop and even pull up a rocking chair and watch the boats. Or, take a paddleboard yoga class, a dolphin cruise, sing along with Gregg Russell, or climb to the top of the famous lighthouse.
PETS: Sadly, only humans are allowed inside Cutter Court villas.
PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.
CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

The condo was in immaculate condition. It was very well stocked to meet all the needs we had. We especially enjoyed having the washer/dryer available, as well as, the laundry pods and dryer sheets available to use. The location was perfect for us as we were attending a wedding that was across the street at the Harbour Town clubhouse. We had a great time and have no complaints with the condo.

Perfect location in HHI - Sea Pines resident access, across from the first tee at Harbor Town Links, one block walk to the pool and a few blocks to the Harbor Town shops and restaurants. Space is ideal for a small family or a few friends - note that one room is two twin beds. Great amenities inside (fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and beach/pool items) and out (resident entry pass, free parking, elevator, pool pass). Very clean, great communication. 100% easy.

This is our second time staying at this apartment, and we love it. My wife, our two young boys, and I spent a week there. We rented bikes and enjoyed the beach and pool every day. We also had some time for golfing and fishing. The apartment itself is spotless and has everything you need.

Unfortunately the advertised experience philosophy did not equate to the reality i.e. "Each BESTNEST vacation rental is inspected and certified as attaining our superior and consistent standards for outfitting, equipping, and cleanliness. No matter the location, size, amenities ..., you will always know exactly what awaits you. Book a BESTNEST...... and rest easy." After emailing to Guest Services that I had to clean the dishwasher, oven, some fridge shelves, pots and pans, clean and remove dead cockroaches from ceiling light fixture, keep windows closed because there were no screens or they had holes, one big enough for a bird to come into the unit, etc... I was told I should have informed them and they would have sent someone. The point is I was disappointed and acted to make the unit comfortable ASAP. I don't know if the unit was inspected BEFORE our arrival. I should not have had to write to them in the first place. The building's elevator was out of order the first couple of weeks of our stay, the floor's laundry room had an "out of order" cardboard stuck on the washing machine and stayed there for weeks. After being "repaired" it still was not reliable and I had to go to the other floors. In other words "all show, no go". That was our reality. It should however be noted that BESTNEST was, to a moderate extent, sympathetic and did provide some inconvenience compensation.
