Marvel at the ocean and mountain views as you relax in this beautiful 4th floor, corner penthouse, oceanfront condo on Maui. Exit from your private elevator directly into the thoughtfully renovated and unique Dolphin Penthouse. Make yourself cozy and get ready to create memories!
The spaciousness of this three bedroom condo easily allows six people to vacation in comfort. The condo is fully air-conditioned with separate units in each room, but you may prefer to open the sliding doors off the living area to let in the ocean breezes and experience the indoor/outdoor lifestyle of the island. The outdoor lanai extends the complete width of the condo and is accessible from the master bedroom as well as the living area. Prepare a drink at the side bar and savor it while you relax on a chaise on the large lanai, watch for breaching humpback whales, turtles or dolphins and enjoy the beautiful view of Molokini, Kaho’olawe, and the quaint harbor of Ma’alaea Bay. Watch surfers take on the the world's fastest wave, Freight Trains, right from the lanai. To your left is the impressive Haleakala volcano and, to your right, are the West Maui mountains.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, access to the lanai, and an ocean view. Sip your morning coffee in bed while soaking in the breathtaking morning vista. The en-suite offers a luxurious jet tub, separate shower and two vanities. Listen to the waves and let them lull you to sleep after a long day of exploration. Each of the other beautiful bedrooms, a king and a queen, also has its own en-suite bath and flat-screen TV.
Relax at the end of your day on the wrap-around couch and enjoy the 65” flat screen tv, with cable and Wi-fi, listen to music through Sonos, choose a good book to round out your evening, or simply star-gaze at the vast panorama in front of you. The area:
Stroll down to the shops and restaurants in Ma’alaea Harbor, or tour the fascinating Maui Ocean Center. Excursions leave the harbor daily to take you snorkeling, scuba diving, sport-fishing, or, enjoy a romantic sunset dinner cruise. Take advantage of the condo’s central location to visit many of the attractions and fine restaurants offering local cuisine in Kihei, Lahaina, and Paia.
The small beach in front of the condo provides a more gentle ocean experience, great for children, or you could stroll down to Sugar Beach, the longest beach on Maui. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, windsurfing, paddle-boarding, and kayaking. Towels, beach chairs, and beach toys are available. Easily clean up with the in-house washer/dryer. Hopefully you find everything you will need to make your vacation as simple and carefree as possible.
