It’s a very family friendly property with enough room to gather together for meals, but also three different levels, an outdoor area and game room to provide opportunity to split up and have fun. Access to the pool and nearby parks in Suncadia were a real bonus.

Lots of spaces to congregate and play. Had 8 adults and 8 teenagers. So everyone had a space practically to themselves. The oven and stove were finicky.

We had the BEST birthday weekend here! The house is absolutely badass — even better than the pictures. Super clean, spacious, and perfect for a fun group getaway. Everything was set up perfectly and made it easy to just relax and celebrate. We made so many great memories here. 10/10 would book again!

Overall this is a decent spot in a good location. They do have a lot of rules and restrictions for the property which are not disclosed until after booking.
Only issue is that the BBQ grill caught on fire while preheating. It had not been cleaned in years and had extensive carbon guildup. Grease trap was overflowing. Very dangerous.
